1st. of the month. The amount can vary based on the financial needs of the
corporation and voted upon by the Board of Directors

 When scheduling a private function, Social Club events always take precedence. 

The Clubhouse and Gazebo may be used by all owners, but discretion in its use is expected and will be controlled.  Requests for exclusive use of the Clubhouse and Gazebo must be made by completing the necessary form which can be obtained from the office for such functions as a birthday party, anniversary, wedding reception, family reunion, or memorial service, provided there is no conflict with any regularly scheduled West Lakes’ activity or previous slated functions.  There is no fee for renting the Clubhouse and Gazebo.  A security deposit will be required and must be received in the office seven days prior to the function.  The amount of the security deposit will be listed on the application form.
